The Lord’s Church / Sacramento

What a great name for a church! The Lord’s Church. We fell in love with the Pastors, Richard and Corrine Cordoza, and all the great people of this church.

Brent’s mom, Sylvia and her husband Harley, go to this wonderful church and seeing them was a real highlight of this trip for Brent and I. Brent’s mom died when Brent was 19 years old. Since then he has always called Sylvia “Mom” and she has adopted him as their son too.

Sylvia is a minister. 79 years old and works full time, getting up at 4am every morning. She is such a Godly momma. WOW! Thank you Lord for the privilege of seeing both of them.

It is so wonderful to hear the testimonies of these students in our evening concerts. I cry every night. So real and so impactful!

Brittanie Perez, Pastor Vicente’s daughter, is a black belt in karate. She does her karate form in all our evening services. Always a big hit!
